Canada Day!!

Hullo Friends,
what a beautiful day to celebrate! Dave, Julia and I went to a country music festival at sunnyside park, on lake ontario, today. The wind was blowing hard, and waves were crashing over the break-water, it was a gorgeous sight. Julia couldn't get enough of the water, sand, and rocks. For a good 45 minutes she just plopped herself down and let the waves roll over her! hahaha. oooooooh it was so sweet.
Then we went back to our friends place, relaxed, enjoyed the view of the sailboat-filled bay and good company.
Our clothing for today was altered by me. I pinned Canada flag ribbon on our shorts and made a cute little hat out of red scraps of many different patterns, for Julia.
