outings and workings and such
it 's not everyday that julia has the opportunity to go to work with daddy--but when he is working at his own home...she is great at helping him!!!
then.............daddy decided to take us to a friend's farm, where they board and race horses. (cart racing) can you say EXCITING??? um...yeah.she was very excited!
this beauty of a retired racer was named 'tim' at the farm, his racing name was really long, i dont remember it. he was oh sooooo friendly and social and was playing games with julia...nodding his head into julia's toque, and stomping his feet around to get her attention...when she wasnt paying him any!!
we walked through their big barn, lots of people were there taking care of their horses.ps. JAMIE THESE PICS ARE FOR YOU.....I AM TRYING TO TEMPT YOU OUR WAY....HAHA.

Oh, wow. I enjoyed the vicarious experience.
It must be the day for outings, as we took a small jaunt along the Caledon Trail today! Emily was happily captured in the backpack and Nathan was most thrilled with each instance of moss he encountered. Keep adventuring!

Was that Pete Core's place you were at by any chance? If so, Tim was probably B Core Timgo, and I used to groom him back in his racing days. He was always a handful.
There's a rumor I might be heading your way when D & J come with the baby. . . .here's hoping.
