the new member of the family:

THe new 'baby' is successfully taking her first nap on our couch, as i HOLD BACK the children. Thankfully Julia has the self control to just make blankets for the kitten while she sleeps.... sam in on my lap, as i divert his attentions . i don't think kittens like being smooshed in their sleep.

anyway.

the last picture is just a cute one from the other day when dave read stories to the three kids while they cuddled around him. :)

happy kitten day!

Wow Sue (and Julia!!!)

I am so excited for you. Tim is allergic to cats so he won't let me have one. Sad. I had one from when I was 7 until I got married!!!

She is beautiful with the black fir and blue eyes. I'm sure God will bless you with many wonderful kitty memories.

:) thx Khristi,
does this mean that if you two come to visit we only have to entertain you for dinner, since tim is allergic to the cat?? :) heehee.

just kidding.
we'd gladly get a kitty-sitter so you both could visit us, if ever in the area!! :)

we do enjoy our cat, she is very sweet.

this was the last kitten in the litter, so we didn't really get to pick her out, but Julia had the job of naming her. :)
and i am a huge fan of the "less work than a dog" part of owning a cat!!
