today i caught sam pushing his trains over to mercy and then saying, "oh Sercy's taking them!!" in his whiny-i'm-a-victim voice.. hahaha. so. i let him know that mommy wasn't born yesterday and that of course Mercy is taking your trains, you are giving them to her!! silly boy. trying to get his little sister in trouble...


mmmmmmm. steak and potatoes and beans. YUM. the potatoes were dug out of Julia's little potato-experiment garden. they were GOOD!! they looked like little eggs on a nest of beans. :)


A friend came over and we went canoeing one morning. we took each of the kids out for a spin too. fun fun. while i was canoeing with my friend, dave fished on the shore and we ate the catch. :)
